TV Guide ad for 'Amos 'n Andy' promoted its Sunday airings on KTVO-TV 3, Ottumwa. By the end of the civil rights era, CBS refused to allow any replays of the program, which was produced for only three years in the 1950s. More recently, DVD sets of the program have become available for sale.
